Stand Kids, Inc. ("Stand," "we," "us") operates standkids.com and app.standkids.com.
Stand helps kids learn entrepreneurship with parent supervision. Because Stand is designed for kids, we take children's privacy seriously and comply with COPPA.
Kids may use Stand only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Before we collect or store a child's information on our servers, a parent must give consent.

With parent consent, we may record session replays during the early-access pilot to understand where kids get stuck.
These recordings show activity inside the Stand app only. They do not use the device camera or microphone and do not record other tabs.
Replays are used only to improve Stand, are limited to authorized team members, and are deleted within 90 days. Parents can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time.

Parents may opt in to receive SMS updates. SMS is optional and never required to use Stand.

Kids should not enter private personal information into AI tools. Parents are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published or used publicly.

We keep parent and child data while the subscription is active.
After a subscription ends, some business data may be retained so the child can keep what they built. Parents can request deletion at any time.
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days where possible.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, limited database access, server-side keys, and content moderation.
No system is completely secure. If we discover a breach involving personal information, we will notify affected parents by email.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, especially about children's data, we will notify parents and update the effective date.
